Banana Butter Berry Soothie


Need a quick, healthy afternoon snack? Try this fun fruit smoothie that's simple and only takes minutes to make!


1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 scoop whey protein

6-8 oz pineapple juice (or your favorite tropical juice)


Blend until smooth and creamy...Enjoy!
