General anxiety can manifest in many ways and easily change in to a full blown panic attack in any situation. Here are some main symptoms of general anxiety;

Eliminate caffeine from your or diet (this may be difficult at first, but keep at it)

Improve nutritional habits

Positive self-talk

Develop an assertive personality (practice daily)
